Whole House Remodel | San Leandro, CA

Before
The existing house was dated, too small and had a kitchen inadequate for a couple who wanted to improve their cooking experience.


After
Kodiak Construction added a second floor master suite (bedroom, walk-in closet, office, bathroom, living area), remodeled the kitchen and main floor bath, which created a much more open floor plan and ultimately a more enjoyable cooking and hosting environment.
