Julia Demeter, is a loan agent with Mason McDuffy, who gives honest and straightforward answers to purchase or refinancing questions. Many remodel projects are funded through equity lines or as part of purchase agreements. She will help clients determine how much money they can afford and how much they can qualify for. Knowing these answers will be large driving factors in how a remodeling project takes shape. |

Katie Macks, a real estate agent with Pacific Union, has been working as a residential realtor in the East Bay and LaMorinda for many years. She can be very helpful in deciding if it makes sense to remodel, relocate or how large a remodel a homeowner's neighborhood can support. Having someone with up-to-date knowledge of the housing market is very helpful in the early planning stages. If the decision is to relocate, Katie's negotiating skills will help get the most in both the new purchase and sale of an existing house. |

Jenny Rieger, owner of Columbine Landscaping, can help with the design, implementation and maintenance of any-sized landscaping project, when, after an interior remodel, clients often turn their attention to the outdoors. She has extensive plant knowledge, drought tolerant landscaping and can also install the hardscape that Kodiak Construction does not. (stone walls, cobble driveways, etc.). |

Scott Halbrook, a Farmer's insurance agent in Oakland, will review pre- and post-construction insurance needs, making sure a client's home would be returned to its post-remodeled condition if there were a claim. Scott's licensing covers home, auto, life and financial services. He is a very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and personable agent. |
