Before
The client had a very small, rotted, rear deck located on a difficult-to-access upslope lot.

After
Kodiak Construction dug out a portion of the hill, constructed concrete retaining walls and then two split level decks with a hot tub visually anchoring the two decks to each other. The rest of the hillside was terraced with dry stacked stone walls.
