Project Supervisors
Samuel Henselmann started working with Kodiak Construction in 1996. His combination of a design/architecture education from the California College of Arts, and his 15+ years of construction experience, make him a very effective liaison between designer, production crew and client. His stability and drive to keep projects on time and on budget are great assets to Kodiak Construction.
Brent Moore has been a project supervisor with Kodiak Construction since 2005. He brings many years of management experience from his previous employment. His degree from Cal State Long Beach with a major in Fine Arts/Ceramics, along with his management skills, blend well with his construction abilities to get the best out of sub contractors and Kodiak's employees, while being skilled at sustaining positive relationships with clients.
Daniel Tebbe was a flooring contractor before joining Kodiak Construction in 1996. After several years working with us, he went into business for himself as a remodeling contractor. He became licensed in another state but recently returned to join us again. Daniel brings a long history of construction knowledge, as well as the mind set of an efficient and quality conscious business owner, to each project.

Additional Crew
Humberto Mesa has been a loyal, resourceful and dedicated employee of Kodiak Construction since 1999. His exemplary carpentry skills and hard working attitude are a valuable asset on every project.
Ricardo Perez has been with Kodiak Construction since 2003. Ricardo's honed skill as a tile setter before joining Kodiak Construction keeps that important phase of construction "in house" on an as needed basis.
Oscar Ramirez joined Kodiak Construction in 2007. He is the newest addition to the team. His solid carpentry skills have made him a great asset to the company.
